Jessie Reyez, Saint Nobody

Jessie Reyez. An electrifying spirit and motivation for me to exercise so I can wear shorts with jerseys again.

Jessie’s voice has a cool raspy tinge, but it’s also super peaceful. From chill songs “Figures” and “Sola” to hype songs like “Blue Ribbon” and “F**k Being Friends*, there’s truly something for everyone.

I could say that this concert was amazing, but that’s not enough. It was a resurgence. Jessie’s rapid bursts of energy and vibrant passion really made me enjoy the concert and just life. We genuinely shared in her triumphs and journey to the stage.
